It is always good to reflect on the year you have had. Think of 20 memories you have made this year and write them down.

  2. Class games

  3. Free time

  4. Scholarship award day

  5. Whauna day

  6. Year 8 dinner leaving

  7. Fun day

  8. Maths

  9. Writing

  10. Reading

  11. Papakura high school enrollment

  12. Road patrol fun day

  13. Learning mood and atmosphere

  14. Halloween

  15. Easter

  16. Fireworks

  17. Tiktok

  18. Spending time with my family and friends

  19. Free time at home and school

  20. Play games on my Chromebook

What is one thing you have learned this year? I learnt what mood and atmosphere was and what it stands for.

What has Covid-19 taught you this year? It told me to wash my hands every single day and at home so I can save my own life.

Kia everyone today I did a 2020 Reflection that I had to remember and what I learnt in Covid-19.

The 2020 Reflect I did about was what I did at home and school and it was kinda easy to remember.

My Colour Poem

Turquoise is a beautiful, light cold blue flower.

It sounds like  blue water crashing into the rock in the shallow blue sea. It tastes like a blueberry fizzy drink.

Turquoise looks like the sky and feels like a softened candy floss in your hands.

Today we are learning to use Mood and Atmosphere in our writing and to find the connotations of colours.

How to learn to brush your teeth better

"We were given some instructions on how you brush your teeth. Our task was to share these instructions in a creative way. I chose Canva because it was easy to use and it will be easy for all of us to read.

3 ways to present my DLOS

 Google Slide

Google Drawing

Google Docs

What sport do you not like?

We were asked to find a range of ways to share our learning. We call

these DLO’s. DLO’s are different ways we can present our work online.

I do not like watching soccer because it is so boring  watching it on tv.

Passion

 Dear School
From the day I came
You were the thing that came in my life because I could learn a lot of things like Reading, Writing and Maths and I got to do a lot of Writing and reading because of you.
My life would have been ruined but when you came my life got better because I got to learn more things about the world and about other things that I do not know and I got to learn my own counter by learning it from my teacher that knows my counter.
I am so lucky that I got to go to school to learn things and it would be easier for me to learn because my teachers were teaching me how to write better and read better.
My facts are why school is my passion because people can learn things that no one knows about and people can write better if they keep on writing in their book so they can get better but not massy.
Facts about school
New Zealand has over 2,500 primary and secondary schools
School is important because it gives people the building blocks to do many things
School helps you with your education and environment
In fact, over 78 million  kids, teens and adults go to school.
Some people do science for school

We have been working on our Speeches. Our focus statement. 'Heroes are ordinary people' and we had to communicate if you agree or disagree with it.
